Return/Cancellation Policy
Books & Printed Materials
If for any reason the customer is unsatisfied with any book purchased from this web site, that book may be returned for a full refund, minus any original shipping and handling costs. In order to return the book, please note that we require it to be in its original shipping condition (basically, new). Additionally, the customer is responsible for any return shipping and handling costs.
Seminars
Seminars may be canceled for a full refund provided the cancellation is made at least one week prior to the seminar date. If a cancellation is made less than one week before the purchased seminar, the customer will receive the full purchase price of the seminar, less a $30 cancellation fee.
